Social Media plays a role in brand awareness, customer engagement, and retention efforts. Planning social content regularly maintained cohesiveness between big events (like product launches) and existing campaigns (like first-time customer offers). In collaboration with the rest of the marketing team and the talents of the design team, I have been able to put out content that drives traffic and sales, while fostering a sense of community.
